The opportunity for Eco-tourism: The 300 seat Cultural Events Center within the resort designed in the Coast Salish style provides an environment where the Tsartlip people will have the opportunity to perform traditional dance including traditional feast events to serve the tourists.

Water access also allows for canoe tourism and demonstrations.
